📦 Shipping Policy

All our artificial flowers, preserved flowers, faux plants, and floral arrangements are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our studio in China. Each order is processed within 2–4 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • USA: 7–12 business days 

  • UK & Europe: 8–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Canada: 9–16 business days

  • Asia (Japan, Singapore, South Korea, etc.): 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs clearance, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Information

Due to the high cost of international shipping, some artificial flower stems may be gently bent or folded during packaging to ensure safe delivery. Simply adjust and straighten them upon arrival — this will not affect their appearance or use.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real time.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your artificial flowers, preserved flowers, or home décor items arrive damaged, incorrect, or with significant quality issues, we will resolve it for you.

  • Damaged during transit

  • Significant quality issues

📅 Return window: Within 30 days from the delivery date.

No Need to Return in Most Cases

Due to high international shipping costs and the delicate nature of our faux flowers and preserved floral arrangements, returning the item may not be required. In such cases, we may offer:

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund

  • Replacement (if available)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized floral arrangements

  • Used or unsealed scented items

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
