Shipping Policy

All our artificial flowers, preserved flowers, faux plants, and floral arrangements are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our studio in China. Each order is processed within 2–4 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • USA: 7–12 business days
  • UK & Europe: 8–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 9–16 business days
  • Asia (Japan, Singapore, South Korea, etc.): 5–10 business days

Shipping Information

Due to the high cost of international shipping, some artificial flower stems may be gently bent or folded during packaging to ensure safe delivery. Simply adjust and straighten them upon arrival — this will not affect their appearance or use.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real time.
