Digital Wallets & BNPL
  • Apple Pay: Works in Safari on supported iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices.

  • Shop Pay: One-tap checkout on supported browsers; information is stored securely by Shopify.
  • Klarna: Pay in 4, Pay Later, or financing (options depend on region and eligibility; fees/interest may apply).
Currency, Taxes & Fees
  • Charge currency: You will be charged in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Bank fees: Your bank may apply foreign exchange or international transaction fees for cross-border payments.
  • Taxes & duties: Depending on destination, local VAT/GST or import duties may apply.
Security & Verification
  • All payments are processed securely by trusted providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna).
  • We do not store your full card details.
  • Some card payments may require 3D Secure or additional verification.
  • To prevent fraud, a temporary authorization hold may appear on your statement.
If a Payment Fails
  • Try another card or method; re-enter details carefully.
  • Ask your card issuer to enable online/cross-border purchases or increase security limits.
  • Disable VPN/ad-blockers and ensure the billing address matches your card.
  • For wallets, confirm your device/browser supports Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Refunds & Returns
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Processing times vary by provider: typically 3–10 business days; PayPal/Klarna may display sooner or on the next statement cycle.
  • If you paid with an installment service (e.g., Klarna or Shop Pay Installments), the provider will adjust your plan accordingly.
