Why might stems arrive slightly bent?
To reduce international shipping costs, some stems may be gently bent for packaging. Simply reshape after unpacking—appearance and function won’t be affected.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once the order ships.
3) Returns & Refunds
What qualifies for a return or refund?
Wrong item received, damaged in transit, or significant quality issues are eligible.
What is the return window and do I need to ship items back?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. In most cases, returns aren’t required due to international shipping costs—we can offer a full refund, partial refund, or a replacement.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is on our end.
