Everblooma Cookie Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2025

This Cookie Policy explains how Everblooma (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, emails, and online services (collectively, the “Services”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. If you have questions, contact Service@everblooma.com.

Quick summary: We only place essential cookies by default. All other cookies (analytics, personalization, advertising) run only if you consent via our banner or preferences center. You can change your choices anytime.

1) What are cookies & similar technologies?

  • Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

  • Pixels/Beacons are tiny images that let us understand if content (like an email or page) was viewed.

  • Local storage/SDKs are similar tools used by browsers and apps to remember settings.

2) Why we use them

We use these technologies to:

  • Operate the site (e.g., your cart, checkout, security).

  • Measure & improve performance (which pages are popular, what breaks).

  • Remember your choices (language, region, cookie preferences).

  • Show relevant marketing (our ads on other sites, limiting repeats).

3) Legal bases & consent

Where required (e.g., EU/UK), we rely on:

  • Essential cookies: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (to provide the service or our legitimate interests like security/fraud prevention).

  • All other cookies: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
In California and similar jurisdictions, you may opt out of “sale/share” or targeted advertising using our preferences tools.

4) Types of cookies we use

5) Managing your preferences

On our site

  • Cookie banner / Preferences center: Click “Manage Cookies” (in the banner or footer) to accept, reject, or fine-tune non-essential cookies anytime.

  • Withdraw consent: Change your settings to “Off” for any non-essential category; this won’t affect essential cookies needed to run the site.

In your browser

You can also block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Doing so may impact site functionality (e.g., your cart may not persist). Helpful paths:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy & security → Cookies and other site data

  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy

  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security

Global Privacy Controls / Do Not Track

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale/share where applicable. We currently do not respond to legacy Do Not Track signals.

6) Sale/Share & targeted ads (US states)

Some ad/analytics partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain US state laws (e.g., California). Use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or the preferences center to opt out.

7) Third-party cookies

Some cookies are placed by third parties (e.g., analytics and advertising partners). These third parties may use information from our site together with information from other sites to build a profile of your interests subject to your consent choices. We don’t control their technologies and their use is governed by their own policies.

8) Email marketing technologies

Our marketing emails may include a pixel so we can understand open/click rates and improve content. You can disable images in your email client or unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email footer.

9) Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or as defined by local law). We do not knowingly place non-essential cookies or collect information from children.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. If material changes are made, we will notify you (e.g., via banner or updated “Last updated” date) and re-ask for consent where required.
